What role do I play in the design process?
A big one! Your input and feedback are essential. I’ll start by asking lots of questions about your needs, tastes, and goals, then work with you to develop the look and features that are perfect for your brand.
When is payment due?
A 30% deposit is required to get started. The remaining 70% can be paid at the end of the project or in up to 3 monthly installments, depending on your needs.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer only—cash, checks, and credit cards are not accepted.
Do I need to be in France or speak French to work with you?
Not at all! I regularly work with clients remotely in French, English, and Spanish. Everything can be handled easily through video calls and online collaboration.
Will I have full rights to my logo/visual identity?
Yes! The transfer of rights is included in the project quote (logo and visual identity). However, the duration, geographic scope, and usage may vary depending on your needs and could potentially involve additional fees.All of this will be clearly defined with you before signing the quote, and at the end of your project, we will sign a rights transfer document to officially hand over all materials.

How much does a new website cost?
There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Each website is unique, and I create custom designs and features tailored to your business. I’ll ask questions, evaluate your needs, and provide a quote based on that assessment. Some simple one-page sites (without customization) can start at €550.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most websites take 3–6 weeks to complete, but the schedule depends on you. Your feedback, content readiness, and project complexity all influence the timeline—more complex sites will take longer.
Where will my website be hosted?
All client websites are hosted on GreenGeeks and Infomaniak, two of Europe’s top eco-friendly hosting providers. These platforms are energy-efficient, minimize resource waste, and run on renewable energy—so your website is both high-performing and environmentally responsible.
Will my website work on smartphones?
Definitely! A mobile-friendly website is essential today. I ensure your site is visually appealing and fully functional on all devices.

Can you take care of my website maintenance?
Absolutely! I offer ongoing support for many clients. Maintenance costs depend on how many hours of support you need per month—just reach out for a personalized quote.
Do I need to supply images for my website?
Yes! Please provide any images, graphics, videos, and brand assets (logo, fonts, colors) you already have. Don’t worry if you’re missing images—high-quality, royalty-free options are widely available online.
Who provides the website content?
Typically, you do. You know your business best, so it’s usually ideal for the content to come from you.If you need support, I can connect you with my trusted copywriter (FLOW Copywriting) to revise or create original French content—additional fees may apply.
Can I update my website myself once it’s completed?
Absolutely! I encourage clients to take control of their websites. At the end of the project, I offer a short, free training session to guide you, answer your questions, and help you confidently manage your site.
